As a Product Owner within the Loan IQ Production Defects Resolution team as a part of Corporate and Investment Banking Wholesale Lending Services, you will oversee the review and resolution of production incidents reported by Loan IQ users worldwide. Your primary responsibilities include conducting root cause analysis on defects, identifying both temporary solutions and permanent fixes, and coordinating with the Loan IQ vendor to report and track defects. You will actively engage with the vendor for updates on code fixes, collaborate with users for testing, and work closely with the technology team to ensure the effective deployment of defect resolutions. This role demands strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively across teams to maintain the stability and reliability of the Loan IQ application.
