Data Operations Senior Associate

Drive data quality and process improvement in regulatory reporting in our Data Operations team!
As a Data Operations Senior Associate in Regulatory Reporting Data Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the data used within Regulatory Reporting submissions and associated applications is maintained to a high standard of conformity, accuracy, and overall quality. 

Regulatory Reporting Data Team is responsible for ensuring that the data used within Regulatory Reporting submissions and associated applications is maintained to a high standard of conformity, accuracy, and overall quality. We continue to strengthen our management of this data and drive improvement through building enhanced Data Quality rules and processes .

Job responsibilities

• Manages and maintain data quality 
• Maintains and improves processes that result in enhanced data sourcing
• Manages and resolves of control breaks from processes
• Uses tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Excel, JIRA, Confluence wiki content design and maintenance 
• Provides support to deliver the multi-year strategic controls roadmap
• Drives improvement through building enhanced Data Quality rules and processes 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

• Solid understanding of data analysis fundamentals, supported by practical examples.
• Experience in documenting and designing process and data flows.
• Strong data-centric and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to tackle complex challenges and design innovative solutions.
• Willingness to develop new skills and learn new tools to implement proposed solutions.
