Your previous experience within a Warehouse operation should enable you to engage, motivate and coach colleagues at all levels. You will be able to drive a strong team culture with a unified vision: delivering the best possible service to our customers.

More about you

• You have proven previous warehouse experience in a similar environment
• You have the ability to plan and prioritise your work effectively, coordinate different elements of the work and, where appropriate, delegate.
• You will ideally have experience of using FLT and PPT/ MHE
• You have a can do approach to the days requirements
• You have the ability to work as part of a team
• You`re proficient in the use of Microsoft office and will also be IT literate and able to learn the in house scanning systems with relevant training.
• You will be able to work under you own initiative completing daily tasks within the tight time scales. 

More about the role

• Work in a safe manner adhering to all site safety rules;
• Liaise with both the retailer and customers to ensure accurate information and smooth running of the operation
• Work to tight deadlines;
• Maintaining high levels of hygiene;
• Direct and be responsible for a small team of operatives, ensuring that the team meet the demands of a major retail customer;
• Maintain the sites environmental targets through correct control of recyclable waste;
• Ensure all work is to a high level, including presentation;
• Flexibility in the day to day routine.
