Job Purpose:
The role will take a lead in shaping mobile experiences in the Domino’s APP, ensuring that it is not only user-centric and visually compelling, but also aligned with business goals. The right person will bring a strong design perspective while partnering across functions to ensure we’re building the right products, the right way in line with customer expectations.

The role does not need any business knowledge, this will be obtained during the onboarding process and throughout their time working with the team. This will be around how the customer engages with our App both from a functional perspective and a data lens. |

The role will require the individual to review customer feedback and customer data. This will be in the form of qualitative user research and quatitive data. The individual will need to evaluate the findings and make appropriate recommendations to support in design changes.
