This role would support Provider solution management product. This application is responsible to onboarding, enrolling and credentialling provider to serve FFS Medicaid population.

 

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize complex Java applications using advanced object-oriented and functional programming techniques
  • Lead the implementation of scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions across services and modules
  • Use GitHub Copilot to accelerate development, prototype solutions, and mentor junior developers on effective AI-assisted coding practices
  • Architect and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and third-party systems with robust error handling and security.
  • Perform deep code reviews, enforce coding standards, and guide refactoring efforts to improve codebase quality
  • Own and drive unit, integration, and performance testing strategies using JUnit, TestNG, Mockito, and other tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and delivery plans
  • Manage source control workflows using Git and GitHub, including branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and release management
  • Optimize database interactions using JDBC, JPA/Hibernate, and advanced SQL techniques
  • Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues using profiling tools and logging frameworks
  • Mentor junior developers through pair programming, design discussions, and knowledge sharing sessions
  • Stay current with emerging Java technologies, frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot), and development tools to continuously improve team capabilities

Qualifications -

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • 4+ years of Java, Springboot, Mongo DB, Webservices, and Javascript
  • 2+ years with Angular framework
  • 2+y years of Developing Java applications on Azure

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with RDBMS
  • Healthcare domain knowledge

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
