What you’ll do:

• Lead and inspire diverse teams on complex D365 Finance projects
• Translate business needs into impactful Microsoft solutions
• Drive workshops, demos, and solution design
• Mentor and develop talent, fostering an inclusive culture
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results
• Champion best practices and continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (AX/D365)
• Strong understanding of finance processes and KPIs
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Nice to have:

• Professional finance qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.)
• Certifications in Power Platform, Azure, or AI
