Senior Producer

Media Services is Vanguard’s in-house media production and post-production team. We deliver video, photography, audio, and live experiences you’d expect from a commercial production company, powering enterprise initiatives across advertising, branded content, social, PR, executive communications, and broadcast.
 

The Senior Producer role includes dual skills as a Senior Producer and Director. You will leverage your knowledge of industry leading storytelling methodologies and techniques to collaborate with stakeholders at every stage of the creation process. This includes project management, advising on concepts and scripts, developing creative treatments, managing the budget, collaborating with production crew and vendors, directing talent on set, working with video editors and designers, and media asset licensing.

Ideal candidates will have the following skills and experiences:

• Passion for storytelling and a track record creating high-quality creative work.

• Producing and directing experience with a brand, agency, or production company.

• Strong stakeholder and relationship management.

• Ability to communicate with and direct subject matter experts and senior leaders to deliver key messages.

• Marketing or Communications experience.

• Minimum five years related work experience.

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience in content strategy, digital communications, or editorial management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or related field.

• Good to have skills include digital content creation, website content management, editorial planning, user-focused content structuring, storytelling, and content performance analysis.

• Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), and collaboration tools.

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written along with problem-solving, critical thinking, time management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities are required.

Additional information:

This role will report to an Executive Producer.

This is a hybrid position based in Malvern, PA, with remote work on some Mondays and Fridays and in-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday.
