The Team
The CRM team is responsible for managing and optimising how CRM platforms are used within the University.
We are responsible for the development and maintenance of several Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations that support different University business areas including HR, Student Services, Library, Research and Business Engagement, and Student Recruitment and Marketing.
The Role
The CRM Applications Analyst is a key member of the University’s CRM team, responsible for supporting and enhancing the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform and associated marketing tools.
The Application Analyst will be supporting Dynamics 365, working alongside business customers and IT colleagues to assist with troubleshooting and expanding the use of this application.
The role is primarily to support to existing D365 instances and other integrated tools, including Spotler, Gecko, Click Dimensions, etc., and ad-hoc tasks on ongoing projects.
