Partner with the best
The candidate will join the DevOps organization to support and lead initiatives on Digital Infrastructure, mainly focusing on Project Accounting and Order Management Oracle products.He/she will be fully responsible for ERP & simplification initiatives, as well as development of enhancements and reports in domain areas. The candidate will be also responsible to support operation activities, ensuring day-to-day reliability and performance of Oracle business suite, will interact directly with users and peers globally distributed to facilitate issue resolution on the mentioned areas.
As an Oracle Projects & Order Management Applications Engineer, will be responsible for:
Leading the design, analysis, documentation, implementation and maintenance of large/complex Global ERP programs in the required Oracle domain.
Performing project management activities of all tasks and resources, tracking progress against individual plan, and monitoring development.
Proactively identifies and removes obstacles or barriers on behalf of the team, , adapt quickly to conflicting & changing priorities
Guiding vendors during system design and ensure compliance to specifications and standards.
Ensuring rigor and adherence to our standards and SOX compliance requirements.
Developing cross-Business relationships to maximize best practice sharing.
Providing DevOps support in the required Oracle domain areas by interacting with other cross-functional deployment and support teams, to ensure on-time, on-budget and quality implementation of ERP Blueprint and timely resolution of production issues
Developing effective communication strategy across projects and internal / external stakeholders
Creating a culture of customer focus and high performance to drive innovation through continuous customer engagement to facilitate appropriate application upgrades and enhancements.
Development skills with PL/SQL, Oracle forms, Oracle reports, Oracle WF is also required to guide the team on the correct solution implementation and also directly execute development when situation requires
Demonstrating skills in collaborating with different stakeholders, influencing decisions and ability to take strategic view

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a minimum bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, with overall experience of *m*inimum of 5 years and at least 2-3 years of information systems design, implementation, or integration)
Have an ability to deep dive and be creative with architectural design
Have an experience with Oracle ERP solutions
Have an experience in Oracle ERP implementation for Oracle Projects modules (PA, PB, PC, OKE, CST, OM).
Have an experience in P2P, O2C, SCM etc
Have an experience in PL/SQL, XML
Have demonstrated planning and organization skills
Have an experience with process improvement, SOX and System/Application Security requirements.
Proactive responsible individual, able to set own action plans, ability to influence and build consensus with other DT teams and leadership
Have an experience with processes, methodologies and reporting methods
