We’re looking for an experienced Data Engineering Manager to lead a team of data engineers and analytics engineers working on our modern GCP-based analytical Data & AI Platform. You’ll be responsible for building a healthy, high-performing team, delivering value use cases, and collaborating on system design.
We’re a small but growing team and we want someone with a strong technical background who, while not being too hands on day to day, will drive forward design and technical discussions to help us create the best platform possible and deliver value across the business. Engineering Managers at Rightmove are not just people leaders, but delivery enablers, engineering advocates, and strategic partners to Product Managers. You’ll have a big impact on the shape of our data and engineering organisation, playing a key role in how we plan, deliver, grow talent, and scale systems across the business.
