What you’ll bring to the table:
Club Practice Group:
This role sits within one of our Clubs (local business units) in a senior team called a Practice Group. This group will inspire and develop our ANDi’s to grow into exceptional digital experts, through teaching, mentoring, coaching and thought leadership, whilst also delivering remarkable outcomes for our clients. Finally, as a Principal, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with AND stakeholders in the business development process, applying your skills to qualify the potential and maximise the value of new engagements.
The Delivery Part:
You will be leading and shaping delivery of AND’s client engagements using the most suitable delivery practices to achieve successful outcomes. As a result, you will need to be able to:
