Why Business Unit/Function The purpose of Mobile Operations function is to design, operate and deliver market leading Mobile networks. The success of the function is based upon customer centric KPIs and proactive fault resolution, monitoring & resolution processes. Why this job matters • The purpose of Service Platform function is to design, operate and deliver market leading Mobile networks. The success of the function is based upon customer centric KPIs and proactive fault resolution, monitoring & resolution processes. • The Mobile Operations teams support and manage system and service performance of services for Mobile Voice and Data services for all mobile brands. • This person will work as part of the Corporate Solutions team and related platform support and the platforms and services used to host them, within the operational and test bed arena. • Be part of improvement initiatives to the Mobile Network Corporate Solutions team and will identify and drive through to completion service improvement initiatives, by influencing both internally and externally. • The Corporate Solutions team is accountable for the delivery of complex business products and services into the network and ensuring the best customer experience for all DataVPN & IoT specific services. • Team members partake in incident, change & problem management as well as project related work.
