The VP, Product Management – Agentic Performance Support, will lead the strategic direction, evaluation, and firmwide implementation of advanced AI technologies to drive business performance and close functional gaps. This role is responsible for identifying high-impact AI opportunities, overseeing the end-to-end onboarding and scaling of AI solutions, and ensuring seamless integration and adoption across all business segments. The VP will oversee the development, evaluation, and management of AI coaches across the firm, partner with business and technology leaders, and champion best practices in AI governance, compliance, and innovation.
Job Responsibilities
Define and deliver AI agentic experiences for learning, mapped to segment-specific outcomes.
Build and manage AI agents that generate learning content in multiple formats.
Define and execute the strategic vision for AI technology enablement and adoption across the firm.
Oversee the benchmarking, evaluation, and selection of advanced AI technologies and vendors.
Identify, prioritize, and champion AI use cases by business segment and function, aligning with firmwide objectives.
Partner with business, technology, and compliance leaders to understand evolving needs, drive alignment, and ensure successful delivery of AI solutions.
Establish and enforce governance, ethics, and data privacy standards for all AI initiatives.
Track, analyze, and report on AI solution performance, adoption, and business impact, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Develop and maintain executive-level communications, including vision, strategy, roadmaps, and impact reporting for senior stakeholders.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence in AI product management.
Communicate the vision and impact of the AI coach ecosystem to stakeholders.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
7+ years of product management or technology leadership experience, with significant exposure to AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
Proven track record of leading large-scale AI or technology transformation initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization.
Strong technical background and understanding of AI integrations.
Deep understanding of AI technologies, industry trends, and vendor landscape.
Experience managing and developing high-performing, cross-functional teams.
Advanced knowledge of data privacy, governance, compliance, and ethical considerations in AI.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive alignment and deliver results across business and technology teams.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, product development lifecycle, and change management best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Experience with AI coaching, conversational agents, or enterprise AI implementations.
Background in technology consulting, digital transformation, or innovation labs.
Knowledge of compliance, governance, and ethical considerations in AI.
Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms, APIs, or cloud-based AI services.
Knowledge of compliance, risk, and data governance in AI implementations.
