Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Wintel Support Engineer to join our team, responsible for the day-to-day delivery operations of assigned client accounts. You will play a key role in ensuring our client commitments are met, service levels are maintained, and incremental growth is achieved. This role requires a deep understanding of Wintel environments and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the daily delivery of services for assigned client accounts.
• Collaborate with the Account Delivery Manager to ensure seamless account operations.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and assist in achieving their goals.
• Contribute to budget management, cost control, and financial performance of accounts.
• Track and report on key performance metrics and objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate them into account strategies.
• Address and resolve account-related issues, escalating when necessary.
• Provide regular status updates on account performance and identify areas for improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• At least 6 years of industry experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Strong background in Wintel environments, with proven experience in account delivery and leadership.
• Proficiency in strategic planning, client relationship management, and team leadership.
• A continuous learner who keeps up with industry knowledge and technological advancements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus.

Compensation Grade: Associate Manager Account Delivery
