About the role
As a Traffic Analyst at Sporty, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper scheduling and execution of the channel’s programming and commercial breaks. This role requires precision, coordination, and strong communication across content, operations, and commercial teams to ensure daily broadcast accuracy and efficiency.
What you'll be doing
- Responsible for reviewing, organizing, and inputting commercial breaks into the playout system
- Ensures the correct scheduling of content, promos, and commercials, in accordance with the specifications established in the programming instructions (PIs)
- Controls all materials scheduled for broadcast, checking their availability, technical quality, and correct naming
- Ensures the receipt of CRTs and/or other necessary documentation
- Performs last-minute operational adjustments as requested by the Programming Coordination team
- In collaboration with the transmission coordinator, ensures the execution of the programming instruction (PI) during live events in the event of failures, delays, or emergency changes
- Collects and organizes data related to commercial airings
What you'll bring
- Fluent in both English/Portuguese, with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in Traffic, Broadcast Scheduling, or Media Operations
- Familiarity with playout systems and scheduling tools
- High attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Basic technical understanding of video formats and broadcast standards
- Proficiency in Excel and strong organizational skills for managing materials and reports
