Client Case Representative, Senior Associate

Receives and investigates client inquiries. Completes internal processes and partners with senior team members to communicate solutions.

**This position will require working EST hours.**

Core Responsibilities

• Owns standard client requests and executes daily process to complete them.
• Follows standardized procedures and conducts research to fulfill client requests and transactions.
• Ensures client inquiries are communicated and resolved within defined service levels
• Documents client interactions and servicing actions accurately in CRM and operational systems
• Develops and maintains strong knowledge of direct indexing mechanics, tax-aware investing concepts.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years related work experience in the Financial Services industry. Experience in client services preferred.

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
