As a Product Designer at M&S, you’ll work across the entire product lifecycle—from concept to delivery and beyond. You’ll be part of our passionate Product Design and UX Research team, creating seamless experiences across our website and app, in-store interfaces, and tools that empower our colleagues behind the scenes.

What you'll do

• Create everything from wireframes and UI designs to animations and brand visuals—bringing ideas to life with high-quality, user-focused experiences.
• Spend time in stores to collaborate directly with customers and colleagues - observing workflows, gathering real-world insights, and co‑creating solutions that truly support their day‑to‑day needs.
• Turn insights into action by using research, testing, and analytics to refine and improve designs.
• Work hand-in-hand with product, engineering, and research teams to deliver human-centric solutions that make a real impact.
• Spark creativity by leading design sprints, workshops, and collaborative sessions that keep ideas flowing.
• Shape the future of our design system, ensuring consistency across web, app, and in-store experiences. Working through ambiguity and creating a structure and plan for your work and your collaboration with others.
