HR Application Support Engineer
Embark on a transformative journey as an HR Application Support Engineer at Barclays. Working as part of the regional HR Technology Run-the-Bank (RTB) Level 2 support team, you will be responsible for the continual support and maintenance of the technology Applications used by the Global Compliance Business. You will work with other L2 support analysts, both in the region and as part of our global team. You'll have reporting lines to the Regional RTB Lead and the L2 Support. This role requires excellent communication, handling and resolution of various technical issues for a subset of our applications during regional hours. Your role will also help to drive key projects and improvements and ensure adherence to the RTB Governance Framework. This will include working with Build-the-Bank (BTB or L3) teams and business stakeholders, incident/change/issue resolution, and engaging project teams to facilitate the release coordination process.

Minimum Salary: $80,000
Maximum Salary: $120,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
