The Role: Junior Designer We’re looking for a highly driven Junior Designer ready to learn, grow and bring fresh ideas to our busy multi-disciplinary Creative Studio. If you love crafting visual stories, experimenting with design, and bringing concepts to life across digital, social and print — this role gives you the platform to develop your skills and contribute real, impactful work across our European brands. You’ll be supported by senior designers and the Creative Director, but you’ll also have the chance to take ownership, manage projects, and influence creative direction. ?? What You’ll Do You’ll play a key role in producing creative assets and supporting brand consistency across Cox Automotive Europe. Expect to: Design digital, social and print assets — from social graphics to presentations and campaign materials Create layouts for documents, reports, posters and screens Adapt and extend creative concepts across multiple formats Apply brand guidelines consistently across nine product brands Prepare visuals and mock-ups for stakeholder approval Export and supply final artwork for digital and print Work closely with senior designers, UX, freelancers and market Salary: Competitive Salary & Benefits
