As a Finance Product Portfolio Operations Vice President, you will play a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency, supporting strategic initiatives, and fostering collaboration across product lines. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure alignment with business objectives and to drive continuous improvement. You will also work closely with other PPOs and the wider PXT product operation team to ensure seamless change management and operational alignment.
Job Responsibilities:
(i) Regularly collaborate with Product Owners, Area Product Owners, and other PPOs to understand and align on goals, objectives, and priorities.
(ii) Communicate incoming and outgoing messages between the Product Portfolio Operations (PPO) team, Product teams, and the wider PXT product operation team, amplifying the Head of Product's messaging deep into Product organizations.
(iii) Coordinate and facilitate the execution of strategic and operational projects across product lines to ensure delivery against business objectives.
(iv) Implement and optimize operational structures, processes, and frameworks to enhance efficiency and coordination within the product line and across the wider PXT product operation team.
(v) Develop and deliver executive communications and presentations to convey strategies, initiatives, processes, and performance to leadership and key stakeholders, aiming for buy-in, support, and advocacy for the portfolio.
(vi) Offer thought leadership, strategic, and analytical support to Product Owners as they develop new products and deliver on priorities.
(vii) Manage operational cadences for executive communications and reporting with clear timelines and accountability.
