Job Description Summary:
The Off-Premise Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a high-impact, field-based role designed to build future sales leaders while supporting performance across key chain accounts. This position rotates through multiple territories, stepping in to cover open routes and ensure sales momentum, distribution goals, and promotional execution remain strong. The SDR works closely with chain partners and internal teams to protect volume, maintain program compliance, and drive in-store results. During peak periods, this role also supports large-scale merchandising initiatives to ensure flawless execution. This is a hands-on development role offering broad market exposure and a clear path to future territory or account management.

Job Responsibilities:
Calls on accounts and covers daily routes by creating an established and efficient routing pattern.
Strategizes/preplans on how best to achieve sales and merchandising objectives by understanding company pricing and product programming information on a monthly basis and maintaining accurate historical account purchase information.
Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.
