Product Delivery Manager

As the Product Delivery Manager within our Wealth Management team, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality document-related products, ensuring they meet client needs and align with our business objectives. You will collaborate with product owners, business users, and cross-functional teams to identify and document business requirements, manage Agile projects, and utilize JIRA for project tracking. Your expertise in Wealth Management and Agile methodologies will guide product development and promote innovation, while your leadership skills will foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Job responsibilities:

• Liaise with product owners, business users, and COE members to identify, assess, and document business requirements for templates and support issues.
• Set up templates optimally by leveraging product features and gathering requirements from users and stakeholders.
• Navigate complex and nested JSON/XML structures effectively.
• Apply understanding of credit, fee, client onboarding concepts, and private banking products.
• Maintain a control-oriented approach and demonstrate risk and compliance awareness in content management.
• Ensure content compliance with tagging and navigation standards for visually impaired users under the American Disability Act.
• Conduct training and awareness sessions for new hires and provide refresher courses for staff.
• Coordinate with compliance and control functions to support regulatory audits, requests, and initiatives.
• Lead and manage Agile projects, facilitating ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Utilize JIRA to track project progress, manage backlogs, and customize workflows to meet project requirements.
• Promote continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Hands on experience with Quadient tool Inspire interactive, Designer or other Content Management tool involving content & templates set up.
• Proven experience as a Product Delivery Manager or similar role in an Agile environment.
• Expertise in JIRA and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of the Wealth Management industry.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
