As a Product Associate in Card Data Product, you will be responsible for program management, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of reporting initiatives. You will also play a key role designing, developing, and maintaining trackers, dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.This role blends strong technical visualization skills with the ability to manage stakeholders, drive alignment, and deliver structured outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
You will partner closely with business analysts, data engineers, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex data into clear, compelling visual narratives. You will own the end-to-end reporting lifecycle â from requirements gathering and data validation through dashboard design, deployment, and ongoing optimization. In parallel, you will support program management activities by maintaining project plans, facilitating status reviews, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring transparency across all stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end program management for reporting and analytics initiatives â from requirements gathering and planning through delivery and optimization â ensuring milestones are met, risks are escalated, and stakeholders are kept informed.
Design and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations that support business reporting, executive reviews, and operational decision-making, partnering with data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tooling including Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and deliverable tracking, and Confluence for project documentation, knowledge bases, and team collaboration.
Define, track, and report on OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to align team efforts with organizational goals and ensure accountability for key outcomes.
Coordinate across multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams â including data engineering, business analytics, and technology â to ensure seamless and timely delivery.
Gather and translate business requirements into intuitive dashboard designs, standardized reporting templates, and consistent metrics definitions across the reporting portfolio.
Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, data owners, and technology partners, communicating complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
Prepare executive-level progress updates and summaries for leadership reviews, and drive process improvements in reporting workflows and program governance.
Engage with colleagues across time zones (US / India), demonstrating flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in data analytics, reporting, dashboard development, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Tableau (Desktop and Server), including experience building complex, interactive dashboards from large datasets.
Demonstrated project or program management skills, with experience managing timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional deliverables.
Proven ability to gather requirements from diverse stakeholders and translate them into clear, actionable reporting solutions.
Solid understanding of data concepts including data modeling, data pipelines, and data quality principles.
Structured thinker and effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and work under pressure.
Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working within agile or iterative delivery frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Experience with additional BI and analytics tools beyond Tableau (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI).
Experience with Jira, Confluence. Familiarity with scrum and agile methodologies
Basic working knowledge of SQL for data validation and troubleshooting purposes.
Experience with program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project.
Experience creating executive-level reporting packages and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
Familiarity with data environments such as Snowflake, AWS S3, or Databricks is a plus.
