JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you passionate about shaping the future of marketing technology? Join us and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality platforms that empower institutional audiences. As a core leader, you will drive value for clients, guide successful launches, and exceed expectations. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Be part of a team that values innovation, partnership, and continuous improvement.

As a Martech Product Owner Associate in the CIB Marketing Platform portfolio, you will own the Marketing Platform roadmap and book of work, supporting and acting as Product Owner for Marketing Automation when needed. You will drive initiatives from proof of concept to pilot to rollout, ensuring operational readiness and clear decision gates. You will lead vendor evaluations and onboarding, standardize intake and release playbooks, and coordinate integrations, SLAs, and change management. You will align stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Technology, Data, Risk, Legal, and Controls, track KPIs and product metrics, and deliver executive-ready updates on progress, risks, and trade-offs. Together, we create marketing solutions that resonate with institutional audiences and drive business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own the Marketing Platform roadmap and book of work, aligning priorities to business outcomes, dependencies, and timelines
  • Translate business outcomes into clear stories and acceptance criteria; act as Product Owner when needed
  • Standardize intake and release playbooks for consistent execution
  • Scale initiatives from proof of concept to pilot to rollout with defined gates, adoption plans, enablement, and operational readiness
  • Lead vendor evaluations and onboarding, coordinating due diligence, SLAs, metrics, integration design reviews, and change management
  • Collaborate across Martech, Product, Technology, Data, and Controls to remove blockers and drive crisp decisions and trade-offs
  • Define and track KPIs and product metrics, including adoption, activation rates, uplift versus baseline, cycle time, and quality
  • Run post-launch reviews and reprioritize based on outcomes
  • Prepare executive-ready updates and decision memos
  • Present progress, risks, and trade-offs to senior stakeholders
  • Coordinate integrations and change management across teams

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Significant experience in product ownership, product management, or Martech delivery in enterprise/B2B settings
  • Hands-on agile execution (Scrum or Kanban) with strong story writing and backlog management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable making data-driven trade-offs and setting measurable success criteria
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; confident presenting to senior audiences and simplifying complex topics
  • Effective partnership with Risk, Legal, InfoSec, and Controls
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence or equivalent tools; disciplined documentation
  • Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience working with cross-functional vendor teams in highly regulated environments
  • Experience with at least one enterprise Marketing Automation platform (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Braze, or Marketo)
  • Exposure to customer data platforms, audience segmentation, and journey orchestration
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns; basic SQL or data querying
  • Expertise in A/B testing and messaging channels (email, push, in-app, SMS)
  • Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Progressive delivery and release management experience
