JOB DESCRIPTION

Join Consumer and Community Banking's (CCB) Product Experience and Technology (PXT) Operations to help Listening team drive business performance and employee engagement through actionable data analysis, visualization and reporting.  This role focuses on 
 

As a Product Portfolio Operations Associate on the Product Experience and Technology Operations team, you will be responsible for transforming employee data to inform executive decision-making and shape strategic direction. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to gather and synthesize requirements and produce executive presentations & reporting. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Gather, analyze, interpret, transform and present employee data for the purposes of high-level executive decision making  
  • Provide a high level of responsiveness to reporting needs of executive stakeholder
  • Communicate effectively with a multitude of key business partners at every level of the organization and drive next steps.
  • Build trust and maintain strong relationships across partners and stakeholders (e.g., Senior leaders, Product Owners, Tech Leads, Design Leads, Product Agility Leads, etc.) and act as a trusted advisor and change agent
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise with respect to the book of work within Product PXT Operations in order to develop innovative work processes utilizing state of the art tools

Required Qualifications, skills, and capabilities: 

  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment
  • Experience in synthesizing complex concepts into clear and concise solutions 
  • Demonstrated ability in organization &  stakeholder management and meeting facilitation 
  • Expert working knowledge of MS Office tools 
  • Strong Experience with tools such as Alteryx, Tableau and LLM solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly self-learn various tools, technologies, concepts and disciplines on a continual basis 
  • Highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication, time management / prioritization skills
