Reporting to the CRM Manager, you'll work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders, to delivery the best customer communications whilst driving real commercial results!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, own, and deliver the CRM plan and incentives.

  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to respond to briefs based on business objectives.

  • Review and analyse commercial and customer impact to identify opportunities.

  • Assign KPIs and optimise customer journeys based on results.

  • Work with the Customer Marketing team to enhance the total customer experience.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves):

  • Background in marketing, ideally with CRM, digital, or printed communications experience.

  • A creative mindset with a customer-first and analytical approach.

  • Excellent relationship-building, organisational, and communication skills.

  • Flexibility and a willingness to contribute to various projects.

It would be great if you also have:

  • Experience in data analysis and customer segmentation.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
