As a Product Manager in the AI/ML solutions Team, you will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, architecture, and business partners to deliver scalable, resilient, and compliant capabilities. Your work will enable use case owners to interact intuitively with the solution while ensuring robust control and governance across multiple underlying technologies, with Databricks as a key integration point.
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Manager to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive solution for managing the lifecycle of AI/ML use cases within Consumer and Community Banking. This role will focus on making it easier, faster, and more reliable for teams to onboard, manage, and evolve their AI/ML use cases. You will own the product vision and roadmap for a user-centric interface and control plane that empowers use case teams to seamlessly manage team members, data access, technology integrations, and lifecycle changes.
Job responsibilities- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Defines and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the AI/ML use case lifecycle management solution, balancing user experience, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Leads end-to-end product lifecycle management activities including discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, and delivery of features that simplify onboarding, management, and evolution of AI/ML use cases.
- Designs and deliver a user-friendly interface for use case teams to manage members, data access, technology choices, and lifecycle events efficiently and securely.
- Develops a control plane that integrates with multiple underlying technologies (e.g., Databricks) to provide centralized governance and operational control.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure solution scalability, reliability, compliance, and alignment with enterprise standards.
- Drives user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to continuously improve the solution and identify new opportunities.
- Manages the product backlog and work closely with engineering to deliver high-quality, timely releases.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Strong understanding of AI/ML workflows, cloud platforms, and technology integrations, with hands-on knowledge of Databricks
- Experience designing user-centric interfaces and control planes that balance usability with governance and compliance.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across technical and business teams.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with compliance, security, and governance considerations in AI/ML product development.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
- Knowledge of emerging trends in AI/ML solution management and lifecycle automation.
- Background in vendor management and technology integration.
