We’re looking for a BI Developer to join our Data & Analytics team and help shape the future of business intelligence across our organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative, agile environment where your work directly supports commercial and operational success.
Design and develop scalable Power BI solutions (semantic models and reports) using SQL and various data sources.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot data issues, and identify opportunities to enhance reporting and insights.
Work within an Agile framework, contributing to sprint planning, estimating development tasks, and managing progress in JIRA.
Ensure clarity and maintainability by documenting solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Promote adoption of Power BI by enhancing UX design, supporting users, and aligning with existing visual standards.
Partner with data teams to ensure data is structured and accessible for self-serve reporting, while escalating risks proactively.
Proven experience developing Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and reports across the full lifecycle.
Advanced SQL skills, ideally with BigQuery or Databricks experience.
Strong knowledge of data modelling and data warehouse concepts.
Excellent communication skills with experience translating business needs into structured, technical solutions.
Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, comfortable working across technical and non-technical groups.
A design-focused approach, with a keen eye for data architecture and user experience in BI reporting.
Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computing, Mathematics, or Statistics.
