Role: AWS DevOps Engineer

Based: Hybrid with 2 to 3 times a week in the office.

Location: Dallas, TX

Length: 12 to 18 months

Contract Type: 1099

Interview Process: Capco Recruiter call, Technical interview, Delivery Team and Product Interviews (4 stages)

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, with a strong track record in large-scale transformations in complex, regulated environments (preferably within the financial services sector).
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of DevOps principles, practices, and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, cloud platforms, Everything-as-Code
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience in driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Communication: Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., DevOps, SRE, PMP) are highly desirable.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
