About the School of Medical Sciences

The School of Medical Sciences is home to a 5-year Undergraduate Medical Programme (MBChB), 4-year Graduate Entry Medicine (GEM) Programme, 2 Undergraduate Dentistry Programmes, a Physician Associate Studies Programme, a portfolio of around 27 PGT Programmes, and international activity across many of these programmes.

The Role

This role forms part of the School Teaching, Learning and Student Experience (TLSE) team, which is responsible for administering a high-quality service of support to students on our Undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught programmes of study.

The role will predominantly be based in our newly built Advanced Dental Education Centre (ADEC), providing high quality, comprehensive and responsive reception and administrative services to stakeholders associated with our UG and PGT Dentistry programmes, including students, patients, academic staff and agency nurses.

Additional to these responsibilities, the role will be embedded within the Curriculum & Programmes sub-team of TLSE, and support with activities such as timetabling, committee servicing and student enquiry management across all UG and PGT programmes.

The ideal candidate will have strong digital literacy skills, be able to provide excellent administrative support, customer service and remain flexible and adaptable.

Please note that this role is 100% on-campus and as such there will be no opportunity for Hybrid Working.
