Job Description:
You will be joining BAE Systems as an Early Careers & Skills Development Coach within aircraft maintenance, playing a key role in developing the next generation of aviation professionals. You will support apprentices during the early stages of their careers, delivering and facilitating training such as CAA modules and type training, while assessing their practical skills and technical knowledge. You will ensure learners are progressing against apprenticeship standards, building the competence and confidence required to succeed in aircraft maintenance roles and supporting their progression within the business.

You will be part of a small, specialist training team within BAE Systems Shared Services function, reporting to the Quality Manager. Working closely with colleagues across HR, training and operational teams, you will play an important role in shaping the development of future BAE Systems apprentices. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will see the direct impact of your work, helping learners grow into skilled professionals and valued members of the business.
