What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Site Services Facilities Country Manager, in this role you will provide essential administrative, reporting and customer assurance support across Hard and Soft Facilities Management services. You will play a key part in ensuring compliance, cost control, vendor performance and governance.
Please note, we need the ideal candidate to start immediately or be on a short notice period.
This role is a 6 month fixed term contract.
Key Accountabilities include:
Collate and report on vendor performance to agreed SLA/KPIs, supporting legal compliance across our property portfolio.
Track and report on:Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
Quotes, completed works vs invoices, POs raised and paid
Monitor statutory compliance documentation (Fire detection & alarms, Emergency Lights, Extinguishers, FWT, Gas Safe, Legionella, PAT testing).
Support Soft FM including cleaning, window cleaning, pest control and landscaping.
Track and produce monitoring for Purchase Order lifecycle against financial objectives.
Proactively chase site escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Provide contrasting reports and MI to support existing and emerging FM risks.
