We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Manager, Capital Management.

Asset distribution is key to our Global Trade Solutions’ strategy of increasing balance sheet velocity. You’ll be responsible for developing portfolio structures to distribute assets to investors which may include institutions, insurance companies and funds.

In this role you’ll:

• Develop new distribution structures with a view to optimise Risk Weighted Assets across Global Trade Solutions
• Commercialise structured distribution offerings including delivering on Trade and Working Capital Solutions in conjunction with asset management
• Lead capital optimisation through capital model development, implementation of Basel reforms, remediation of system issues and data quality issues
• Provide internal and external thought leadership in product design, model and regulatory advocacy and portfolio management strategies, including development of new intelligence capability

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Track record of establishing structured distribution solutions
• Exceptional technical skills in Capital Management
• A well-rounded understanding of the changing regulatory environment externally
• Strong written and oral communication, presentation and influencing skills
• Ability to cope with pressure in a dynamic, fast growing and moving environment
