BT is delivering a Group-wide Transformation of products, customer journeys, technology, and networks, with Digital at the heart of the Transformation. There are initiatives in play across every part of BT to deliver this Transformation. It is a complex, interconnected endeavour, but how do we know we are doing the right things at the right time across BT? This job matters because our Transformation roadmap answers that question. You will be part of the team that influences and knits together CFU/CU strategies and plans to create a coherent whole that is more than the sum of parts. You will own parts of BT’s overall roadmap, using a combination of data, planning, and visualisation methods, processes and tools to show how products, processes and tech come together to deliver BT’s Transformation objectives. You will ‘bring it all together’ and will be at the centre of a lot of attention across BT.
