🎯 Mission of the Role
Deliver performant, stable, and scalable backend APIs and related UI components for BusRight’s routing and transport platform. The role leans backend-heavy but requires comfort across the stack.
You’ll be successful if you:
- Build robust APIs that handle scale and real-time data reliably

⚙️ Technical Requirements
✅ Must-haves
- Languages: TypeScript, Node.js — deep expertise, including generics and type system mastery
- Frontend: React — building API-connected UIs with performance in mind
- Database: SQL (Postgres preferred) — queries, normalization/denormalization, indexing, transactions, locking, triggers/functions
- Architecture: SOLID principles, app-scale design — clean architectural thinking and tradeoff reasoning
- Collaboration: Communication, self-awareness — admits limits, asks questions, writes clearly, no ego

- Frameworks: Koa.js, Kysely, TanStack Query/Table
- Domain: Realtime systems, routing, GPS/mapping, transport
- Infra: AWS (Lambda, RDS, S3) or Kubernetes
