As a

, you will be joining a fast-paced scrum team, made up of a lead engineer, software engineers, automation and manual test engineers, product owners and business analysts. You will:

• Deliver systems that improve the experience of our customers and business users
• Build robust and scalable systems
• Actively engage in design discussions and decisions about projects
• Participate in team activities such as planning and estimation
• Mentor team members to facilitate their growth and progression
• Champion clean coding standards and practices.

We have a wide range of technologies used across a large number of teams, including:

• C#, .NET Core, and Web API.
• Web Application Frameworks (ASP.NET MVC, SPA)
• Enterprise content management achieved through Sitecore
• RESTful Microservices – light-weight efficient, decoupled APIs that scale well.
• Event driven architectures (Kafka)
• Modern reactive JavaScript Frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue.js, Angular)
• Advanced web topologies (Headless, Jamstack)
• Storage technologies like SQL, Redis and SOLR
• Automated UI and API testing (BDD, Selenium)
• Cloud technologies (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Containerised environments using Kubernetes, Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

Our

will have previous experience in the usage of almost all our tech stacks and be extremely passionate about technology. You will also:

• Have strong written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable communicating and building relationships with stakeholders across the business
• Have prior mentoring experience or be willing to develop skills in this area to support the growth of software development team
• Be approachable and able to work as part of a team
• Offer support and expert guidance to colleagues where required.
