What you’ll be doing Lead & Grow a Talented UX Team Coach, support and develop a team of UX Designers. Build and continually refine our UX ways of working. Create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment where great ideas thrive. Set the UX Vision & Standards Define the UX strategy for your product areas. Establish and evolve our design system and UX standards. Ensure accessibility, consistency, and high-quality design across everything we deliver. Champion Research & Discovery Drive continuous user research to ground our decisions in evidence. Use pragmatic, fast, insight-driven approaches to keep delivery moving. Turn research into clear, actionable guidance that influences product direction. Design with Purpose Provide hands-on support — from early concepts to high-fidelity designs.
