Job Description

As a Night Shift Associate, you’ll be providing critical support to the sharpest minds. Operating from 5:30 pm to 2:00 am IST, you'll connect our clients with the most relevant experts based in Europe and the Americas, guiding them through complex investment lifecycles.

What You’ll Do

As a night shift team member, you’ll be at the heart of our business - finding, calling, and engaging US and European industry experts to deliver the insights our clients need, enabling us to provide the round-the-clock premium service our clients rely upon. To ensure the full team is trained up to the same standards, the first few months of onboarding will involve in-office training with your day shift counterparts. 

Day to day, you’ll:

• Own projects end-to-end, truly understanding the specific client needs and scheduling high-calibre expert calls.
• Cold call and engage experts across industries, overcoming objections and winning buy-in
• Work at speed, managing multiple projects and clients at once
• Learn fast, gaining broad knowledge of markets, business models, and regulations
• Cross-Sell the full range of Third Bridge services including content library, surveys, advisory, as well as 1-1 calls.

Qualifications

What we look for:

• Business fluency in English (written and oral - Level C1 and above).
• You’re intellectually strong, you’re ambitious, have leadership or extracurricular experience, and have shown grit through internships, work experience, or other achievements.
• Qualifications: A Bachelor's or Master's degree with strong academic credentials or extensive client-facing experience.

Please note:

• This is a hybrid role working US hours, with up to 3 days in-office and shift timings of 5:00 pm to 2:00 am.

• Your safety is our top priority, so we provide private transport to take you home at the end of your shift, as well as around-the-clock security coverage. This is a mandatory requirement, and you may not use your own transportation for return journeys on days worked in office.
