We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Analyst

In this role, you will:

• Conduct in depth Data and Requirements/Gap Analysis
• Support Code Build in Systems
• Conducting accurate Testing of new developments and enhancements
• Enhance operational activities through User Documentation
• Create appropriate Solution, conduct in depth Review and achieve Validation
• Ensure Process Mapping
• Engaging with Delivery Teams for delivering team objectives
• Alignment with Development Team for requirements and build/maintenance
• Active engagement with Stakeholders (Internal and External)
• Responds positively to challenge, showing consideration for others’ views and taking these into account when making decisions

To be successful you will:

• Experience in the Financial Services sector
• Familiar with JIRA and Confluence
• Awareness of the Business Analysis process. Possession of a relevant Business Analysis Qualification would be advantageous.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with a comprehensive understanding of content and context.
• Good presentation skills
• Open to new thoughts as adaptation to new systems and processes is required.
• Structured approach to Projects and understanding the data analysis and documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, and under own initiative with a sense of ownership and accountability.
