We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Project Management Office – Junior Analyst

In this role, you will:

• Maintain detailed project and portfolio milestone trackers. Update plans based on inputs from workstream leads. Track regulatory deadlines and internal delivery checkpoints
• Monitor forecast vs baseline dates and highlight slippage. Support critical path tracking. Maintain central RAID logs across the portfolio. Chase updates from workstream owners.
• Track remediation and regulatory actions. Ensure issues and risks are clearly recorded and categorized. Support escalation packs prepared by the Lead PMO.
• Support the production of weekly and monthly portfolio dashboards (RAG status & milestones). Prepare reporting packs for Steering Committees and working groups.
• Maintain programme KPIs and delivery metrics. Ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting inputs across projects. Maintain structured repositories of change artefacts.
• Track evidence required for regulatory commitments. Support audit and compliance information requests. Ensure documentation is version-controlled and accessible.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple trackers and deadlines concurrently.
• High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and completeness. Structured, methodical approach to maintaining plans and logs. 

To be successful you will:

• 5 to 7 years of prior exposure to PMO, change delivery, or regulatory programmes within Financial Services
• Advanced Excel capability (pivot tables, lookups, structured trackers, basic data analysis)
• Strong PowerPoint skills with ability to produce clear, structured management reporting
• Experience producing dashboards, milestone tracking, and RAG reporting
• Ability to validate and reconcile inputs from multiple stakeholders.
• Experience supporting SteerCo or working group reporting cycles.
• Exposure to Global Markets or trading environments (preferred but not essential).
• Familiarity with change tooling (Clarity, JIRA, MS Project, SharePoint, etc.)
