Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

We are partnering closely with a multi-billion dollar organization looking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst that will support the General & Administrative functions. The role partners closely with department leaders to deliver reporting, forecasting, and planning insights.

You will be joining a large FP&A team with diverse specializations and upward mobility opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for assigned G&A departments
• Partner with IT leadership to track spend, vendor details, and contract renewal timelines
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights
• Support company-wide financial reporting and Finance system transformation initiatives
• Assist with training, adoption, and change management for new analytics tools
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial data

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Experience with tools such as SAP BPC / BOBJ AO, Tableau
• Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or SAP Datasphere preferred
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
