As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. Global Core Payments Product Delivery Role entailing forward looking product suctioning that strengthens risk management and optimizes customer experiences. Lead end-to-end payments flow design, controls governance, audits and regulatory compliance while
 Job responsibilities 

• Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including product flow analysis, risk & controls governance, audit interface and risk metrics reporting while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
• Leads and drives cross-regional multi product programs 
• Leads change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Identifies and leverages opportunities for innovation and design improvements leading to revenue growth, risk mitigation and client satisfaction

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
• Experienced in leading complex, large scale and risk sensitive programs involving senior and cross-regional stakeholder engagement
• Be organized, self-motivated and able to work in collaborative team environment
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management

• Proficient knowledge of Payments Product
• Effective Program Management
• Risk Management and Controls framework design
