You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business and multiple functional teams to analyze complex processes and design improvements that drive efficiency, innovation, and long‑term value.
To be successful as a Senior Business Analyst – AVP, you should possess the following:
User Story Creation & Requirements Clarity: Proven ability to create clear, concise, value‑focused user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring customer needs are accurately represented across multiple delivery teams
Stakeholder Management & Cross‑Team Communication: Ample capability to collaborate with business, technology, and product stakeholders, representing the customer voice and ensuring alignment across programme‑level ceremonies
Analytical Thinking & Problem‑Solving: Ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and support informed decision‑making across journeys, platforms, and teams in a complex delivery environment
Other highly valued skills may include:
Roadmap Management & Alignment: Experience supporting roadmap creation, refinement, and alignment across multiple teams to ensure cohesive delivery of business outcomes
Dependency Management Across Teams: Familiarity with identifying, sequencing, and coordinating dependencies across journeys, leveraging programme planning practices such as time‑cone planning and cross‑team alignment
Prioritization Techniques in Multi‑Team Delivery: Ability to apply structured prioritization approaches to support backlog refinement and ensure high‑value items flow effectively into programme planning and execution
Experience with Agile either via certification or direct experience operating as Scrum Master highly preferred
Possession of Corporate Product knowledge and/or experience delivering change in a banking environment
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in our Whippany, NJ office.
Minimum Salary: $115,000
Maximum Salary: $155,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
