We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Tech SME.

In this role you will:

• Design, develop, and support enterprise workflow solutions using IBM BPM and IBM BAW.
• Lead and contribute to IBM BPM to IBM BAW migration initiatives, including solution modernization and toolkit redesign.
• Build and enhance BPDs, Coaches, Coach Views, UI toolkits, and service orchestration components.
• Integrate external systems and services using SOAP/REST APIs, web services, and secure authentication mechanisms including JWT.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Support platform administration activities across Process Admin Console, Process Portal, and BPM/BAW REST-based interfaces.
• Develop robust database-integrated solutions with strong focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Contribute to solution design, technical governance, and continuous improvement of workflow engineering practices.

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements

• 10–12 years of relevant experience in IBM BPM, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in IBM BAW version 19 or above.
• Proven experience in IBM BPM to BAW migration is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of IBM BAW architecture, including components added or removed in BAW and the new TW library.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Process Designer, Coaches, Coach Views, Service Flows, BPDs, SLAs, Process Admin Console, and Process Portal.
• Good experience in external service integration using SOAP/REST APIs and web service frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, UI toolkit implementation, and workflow-based user interface design.
• Solid database knowledge and experience in designing and supporting database-driven process solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and requirement analysis skills; Java and cloud/AWS knowledge will be an added advantage.
