Salary: $225,000 - $275,000 per year
Our client is a well-established regional law practice serving employers across the Southeast with practical, business-minded counsel. This firm’s employment team partners with public and private organizations on compliance, investigations, workforce strategy, and dispute resolution in state and federal forums. To support continued growth in Florida and Georgia, this firm seeks an Employment Law Partner with a portable practice to join the Jacksonville, FL or Valdosta, GA office and help expand the firm’s employer-side platform
Regional Reach, Local Touch: Serve clients throughout the Southeast while maintaining meaningful community presence in Jacksonville or Valdosta
Experience:
Counseling: handbooks/policies, wage-and-hour compliance, accommodation/leave, discipline/terminations, investigations, training.
Agency and litigation: EEOC/FEPA responses, DOL audits, single-plaintiff litigation, restrictive covenants/trade secrets; class/collective actions a plus.
Agreements: employment, separation, incentive/bonus, restrictive covenants.

Licensing
Licensed and in good standing in Florida or Georgia
Dual admission (FL and GA) or eligibility to obtain additional admission is a plus.
