Migration Services Product Manager

Join Barclays as a Migration Services Product Manager, where you’ll be responsible for delivering strategy and maintaining operational integrity. You will work in alignment with the Global Team, leading a cross-functional team. The team is currently transforming into a newly structured unit.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, serving critical technology-driven products.

• Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies within the Product Development Lifecycle.

• Proven experience in Product Discovery, data analysis, and delivery methods.

Other highly valued skills may include:

• Strong understanding of modern infrastructure architecture (containerization, virtualization, public cloud) and Site Reliability Engineering practices, including metrics and observability tools.

• Experience working in a finance, banking, or fintech company with an internal customer base.

• Certified Product Owner.
