We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst/Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

• Act as Product Owner or support the PO: define and prioritise release plans, epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and estimates. 
• Own and groom the Pod backlog to maximise business value; ensure sprint readiness and support planning, refinement, demos and retrospectives. 
• Perform solution analysis on customer journeys and product functionality; translate requirements into implementable outcomes. 
• Coordinate cross‑team alignment with architects, QA, DevOps, and business SMEs; manage dependencies and release decisions. 
• Support production issues and urgent functional queries; maintain product documentation, decision logs and stakeholder communications. 
• Define and track product KPIs; guide team performance and outcome metrics. 
• Identify and escalate risks, and support risk mitigation with scrum master’s and senior stakeholders. 

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Extensive knowledge in core banking with strong experience in payments, lending, accounts, finance and regulatory reporting from core systems — including account creation, servicing and product manufacturing-
• Hands‑on knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices (Scrum/Kanban, CI/CD, test automation) and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Demonstrable expertise in at least one technical domain (APIs, cloud, microservices, security, platform/architecture).
• Experience in production support processes, CDC/ETL or integration patterns.Relevant experience in core banking for this role covering one or more core banking domains.
• Prior exposure to regulatory change delivery and global rollouts.Familiarity with Disciplined Agile or SAFe frameworks.
• Experience working across multi‑team, multi‑geography. The candidate will handle projects of low–medium complexity.Proven Product Owner / Business Analyst experience in Agile teams; strong user‑story writing, backlog management and stakeholder management.
