It sounds cliché, but we operate in a fast paced and ever-changing environment, so if you thrive in that environment and want to be part of our ambitious growth plans then this could be the perfect role for you.

  • Be a true technologist, driving excellence in coding standards, quality, and software design.

Who you’ll be

We need you to be an experienced People Leader of Software Development teams!

Whilst the role will see you technically hands-off most of the time, you need to be able to demonstrate a sound background within software development. You will have a good understanding of C#.Net, AWS/Azure, and Agile and/or SAFe.

Your ability to develop credible and trusted relationships with peers, stakeholders and your teams will be evident, as well as your ability to influence and challenge where appropriate.

Other skills and experience we are looking for you to demonstrate include;

  • Able to demonstrate where you have led high performing teams.
  • Focused on continuous improvement and engagement.
