Description

Join Verisk’s Information Systems and Technology team as an Oracle Cloud Security Specialist focused on ERP, EPM, FDI and HCM. You will play a critical role in designing, securing, and supporting our enterprise-level Oracle Fusion SaaS landscape. This role requires deep expertise in RBAC, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Oracle's integration technologies (OIC/VBCS), and compliance, ensuring secure and seamless integration with critical security and governance platforms like ServiceNow, Microsoft Entra, OKTA, and SailPoint. We are looking for a specialist eager to drive governance, security, and integration excellence across our cloud environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and Govern Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Serve as the subject matter expert in designing, implementing, and governing the Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) architecture within Oracle SaaS (for ERP, EPM, FDI and HCM modules), ensuring strict adherence to the principle of least privilege and segregation of duties (SoD).
  • Architect IAM Integration Strategy: Define and implement secure integration solutions between Oracle Fusion IAM and external enterprise security platforms, specifically focusing on ServiceNow (for GRC/Access Request workflows), Azure AD/OKTA (for Identity Federation/SSO), and SailPoint (for automated provisioning/de-provisioning and access certification).
  • Security Auditing & Compliance: Define and execute proactive security monitoring, auditing, and reporting standards to ensure continuous adherence to enterprise security policies and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Leverage Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) / Oracle Visual Builder Cloud (VBCS) to design complex integrations between Fusion ERP/HCM and other systems.
  • Support and optimize the use of the Oracle Risk Management and Compliance Application.
  • Proactively measure and optimize environments for adherence to enterprise standards and best practices.
  • Provide operational support, troubleshoot advanced security and integration issues, and coordinate escalations and cross-team collaboration.
  • Lead or participate in technical programs and projects through all phases of execution.

Qualifications

  • Experience creating technical documentation using tools such as Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Technical Qualifications

  • Expert-level understanding and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SaaS (ERP and HCM), specifically surrounding system security, governance, and audit.
  • Deep technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion RBAC, including security profiles, custom roles, data roles, and SoD control configuration.
  • Proven experience architecting and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) integrations with external security providers (Azure AD, OKTA, SailPoint).
  • Prior experience with OIC and VBCS for complex, secure, and resilient enterprise integrations.
  • Familiarity or experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) for developing extensions is highly desired.
  • Prior experience with Oracle Risk Management and Compliance application is desired.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and Oracle FDI reporting tools for auditing and security analysis.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with public cloud products and services (Azure/Microsoft 365 required; AWS a plus).

  • Oracle Integration Cloud Certified Specialist
  • Oracle Fusion Applications Certified Expert
