Engineer

To be successful as an Engineer you should have experience with:

• Credit Card industry experience required
• Previous TS2/TSYS/ADR or FDR experience preferred
• Support new development/implementation and BAU daily functions of TSYS, FDR and ADR Build efforts, to include Acquisition Campaign Builds and Insert requests.
• Should also be part of big partner launches/ product Relaunches.
• Should have knowledge on:-
• Acquisition Marketing – Translate business strategies into Campaign Development, including CDT builds, technical TSYS or ADR designs, as it pertains to acquisition campaign build;
• New product and feature development (pricing, account fees, transaction fees, etc.);
• New plastic, insert or card carrier builds as internal development or TSYS technical implementation
• Promotional programs (value proposition specific to awards, rebates, credits, build on Internal Awards Applications).
• Serve as technical lead on small projects; some responsibilities overlap with project management requirements
• Adhere to all project methodologies and satisfy both internal and external audit requirement.
  
  
  

Some Other Highly Valued Skills Include

• Good understanding of the pricing, statement and billing cycle process relative to credit and debit card accounts
• Must have excellent oral and written communications skills and the ability to work with all levels of management.
• Experience working in Agile feature delivery framework Experience in SQL Server, Oracle or any DB platform to draft and execute small to complex sql queries.
